Exceptional view, looking over at Caldey.
Room was excellent. Some areas of the hotel were a little dated.

The help we got from Gabriel was more than good she was great
The location was not what we expected, the picture on the advert led us to believe it was located around the harbour or at least a view of it,not so¹

Location, friendly staff.
Fried bread. Xx
Room was nice but hadn't been cleaned properly. Remnants of a pot noodle meal were on the floor , also found small pieces of a child's toy under the coffee table, not good as my dog found it ! Apart from that the stay was good.

The gentleman on the desk was cheerful and friendly. The room was warm and the bed comfy. I was pleased and surprised to find that the bedroom had a view of the sea. The hotel was situated within an easy walk of the town centre and right by the seafront.
I was disappointed as the description stated there was parking but we had to search for a parking space on the street, as there was no private car park. Also I saw no mention in the description that access required a key code, with no one at the desk on arrival, or that the many stairs would make access difficult for someone with poor mobility.
