Convenient location. Quiet spacious apartment
Bathroom could do with upgrading. Hard to get soap out of dispensers. Room wasn’t ready for check in til 4pm.

3 star Hotel with 5 star customer service.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly, it's a home from home. The young staff are a credit to the hotel and the consistency of excellent customer service is continuous throughout every aspect, from the rooms to the bar and restaurant.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful and spacious, definitely on par with 4 star + and nicer than a 5 star I recently stayed in.
The toilets and lobby area are fabulous.
Breakfast is very nice, good selection and something for everyone. It's the only hotel we will stay in in Athlone and look forward to our break each time. Special mention to Luke who kindly heated some milk for me at breakfast.
Absolutely no complaints, I'm staying here years and it only gets better.

. Lorna, the receptionist was exceptionally kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Large bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was definitely not of the standard I had hoped for with a lack of good- quality cereals and muesli. Fruit supply was limited and preserves of poor quality. Quality of hot buffet was below the standard of other Irish hotels of similar calibre and staff at breakfast were surly and unhelpful.
