Excellent location. Food look lovely but we had a booking outside of hotel. Breakfast was lovely.
No real issues with property. Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we had booked but hotel did compensate for the error.

It was in a good location for visiting Athlone. The room was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable. The lounge and bar areas of the hotel were modern and spacious. It was definitely a popular venue for weddings as it was right on the river side.
There was no air conditioning but we did get a small fan when we asked. It was very expensive for the facilities really as the rooms felt a bit dated and could do with modernising a bit more.

Central location . Worth upgrading to a river view room. Comfy beds
Could have a selection of beer. No pale ale

The marina bar food was excellent would eat from there again and the bed was comfy
I didn’t like how there was only 2 single pillows on the bed instead of 4 pillows for a superior room, the bar staff at the marina bar took 45 minutes for drinks order to come down on two occasions had to keep reminding them weren’t very professional at all and the car park had very limited parking spaces
