Great venue and amazing stuff very helpful and attentive

The room was nice and the Hotel bar area was lovely.
The shower in the room had a little mould. The spa facilities were a bit disappointing, the sauna looked very old and was small. Steam room was ok. Pool is small. No keys in the lockers in the changing room. Pool area smelled of mould.

Lovely location, Good facilities, Excellent Restaurant. Clean Room. Spa OK.
Room-Facilities. For the price we paid for the room the facilities in the room were poor. For example there was no mini fridge in the room.
Room -View. The view from our room was the shabby roof of an adjoining building. Could not see ANY of the grounds.
Room -Noise. The first night of our stay, the noise form a disco or band somewhere on the premises was so LOUD we could hardly hear the TV let alone sleep. This LOUD music persisted until late at night. (The second night was quiet).
