Its proximity to Terminal 5 was amazing. Car parking was also good.
We communicated before hand regarding an additional bed for my child. It was not ready in the room and when I called down no one answered the phones (tried reception, concierge and housekeeping). Dinner there was ok but our drinks order was missing a drink and took ages for the food to arrive and again it wasn’t correct. We wanted a quick meal before heading out very early in the morning and so got to the restaurant at 5:40pm we didn’t leave until past 8pm mostly waiting with children, was disappointing.

A tiny bit of a walk from the terminal but still very on site and convenient for my early flight. Smooth and friendly check in by a young man whose name I didn’t catch but was half-French. A labyrinths of a place but once I found my room, it was excellent, everything you’d need.
