Fantastic service and friendly, helpful staff. Loved the relative calm of this resort as compared to other resorts in Cancun. None of that overly loud music playing so you can barely have a conversation. It felt very peaceful. The pools were immaculately clean. The white sand beach was lovely. The rooms spacious and comfortable. Our lagoon view was amazing. Would definitely come back.
