I love the staff here; everyone was eager to help. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, every person I met was kind, attentive, and diligent.
As a Hilton Diamond member, I normally stay at Hilton properties, and my assistant booked this hotel by mistake for a single night. The property is not luxurious, but it is practical: the room has a kitchen, and the team clearly makes every effort to maintain it well.
On the night I arrived, the television did not work. Christian at the front desk did everything in his power to fix it, and when he could not, he moved me to another room. I enjoyed my stay enough to extend it by a night, and the staff changed my room once more to make me even more comfortable. When I lost my earphone case on the street, everyone offered to help me look for it.
A note to management: Christian is an exceptional young man, highly professional and well-spoken. You are fortunate to have him on your team; in fact, I was tempted to steal him away and offer him a job myself.
At a time when genuine kindness is rare, this hotel is full of it.

We really liked the location, the pool, and the overall amenities. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre of Cancún’s hotel strip, making it very convenient for getting around. It’s close to shopping centres, restaurants, beaches, and popular clubs, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
The pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind, and the general facilities were well maintained. The hotel also felt safe and lively, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. Overall, the location and amenities were definite highlights of our stay.
This is why we felt compelled to leave such a poor review. We arrived in the evening, completely exhausted after an 11‑hour flight from London. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the bed for the children in the sitting room had not been prepared, even though the booking was for four people.
I went straight to reception to ask for this to be resolved, but no action was taken. Given how tired we were, I chose not to return again, as I felt the conversation might become unpleasant.
As a result, my wife and the children slept in the bedroom, while I lay on the unprepared bed in the sitting room, covered only with towels. I assumed someone might come later to sort out the bed, but unfortunately, this never happened.
