Location - good facilities
Rooms need some maintenance. Light socket falling out of ceiling, slider door that went out onto deck in sea view rooms was hard to open. Dead bolt just fell out. Pillows were terrible. Hard and lumpy. Room 209.

Close to the Waitangi grounds. Pool and spa was beautiful.
The receptionist that checked us in was not friendly nor helpful. Her face gave an impression that she hatted her job.

The view is amazing and facilities are good, nice pool and tennis courts.
