view on waterfront was nice, the shared building in front only blocked half the view. Exceptional reception. Beds were comfy, shower was hot and strong with well sealed door. Bathroom was spacious. Kitchen was not, it was narrow and confined, we didn't cook but even just making tea was tight. Generally, not a problem, but comparative pricing of other hotels we stayed, this one was more expensive, even on waterfronts. Extra towels for spa. Lovely large tub spa in room, too. Close to Ferry, easy walk over. Also to some good restaurants. The Oyster bar close by closed at 11pm, not staying open late is a plus, as it was quite a noisy neighbour. Best to maybe join the fun!

Walking distance to shops and restaurants. For our grandkids it was the heated spa.
