Just spot on for what I wanted. Lovely and quite night. I travl for work and try to avoid cities, so it worked for me. Bed comfortable, Staff excellent with their customer service. Some features slighty dated, but that does not phase me as everything is clean and functional.
Only thing I might add is a newer television with up to date features. TV was very basic and only a few standard channels.

The food was really nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was good as well the jacuzzi and sauna. Having free tea and coffee available in the bar area was a pleasant surprise
Little things the shower we couldn’t adjust the temp so was always hot, no glasses in the room. Room was a little cold. Windows could do with a lick of paint, hand dryers in the women’s toilets didn’t work and there was nothing else to dry your hands on.

Staff - cannot fault them. Everyone was friendly, polite, helpful and cheery.
Emily, Alicia, and Cam on reception were lovely.
Helen was incredible.
Scott very helpful.
Becca P - fantastic.
Beth - who ensured we were looked after when my husband was taken ill (not food or drink related).
Food was just delicious and all plates cleaned! Utterly scrummy and beautifully presented.
It exceeded our expectations.
The function room - Oak Suite was spotlessly clean and perfect for our AGM and then the celebrations in the evening.
Location - ideal for all attendees due to road and rail links to Northampton. Beautiful rural setting.
Very limited areas for guests to sit on the Sunday as there was a Wedding Fayre which took over the entire bar area and all indoor seating.

Breakfast was very good, with a good array of food to choose from,
Diner was excellent 'Ribeye steak' the chef new how to cook.
We felt that Sedgebrook Hall advertising of outbuildings wasnt displayed as it looked as accommodation was in Sedgebrook Hall House, it wasnt, they had outbuildings which was like a typical holiday camp, we had to walk from our outbuilding through a pathway to connect us to facilities. Reception was not disabled accessible.
The room's bathroom toilet seat had yellow under rim, and damp mould by the exit of the shower floor.
