Everything was great, epecially the room,m which was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was especially good with plenty of space. It was an ideal location for breakfast. The location is prefect for the becah and local shops and facilities.
Perhaps there could have been more choice at breakfast. It was acceptable and the baked goods were delicious.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel! The hotel has quirky touches, that give it so much personality. A big shout-out to Valdi at reception he was so kind and accommodating and made the stay even better. Definitely recommend!

Amazing staff, always ready to help 24 hrs. The room/suit was impeccable with the best views and access to the beach. The location was quiet but had shops and restaurants right next door.
Not much I didn’t like.

The check-in experience with the lady at reception was excellent. However, the check-out was disappointing. The male staff member in charge was very impolite. We only requested a one-hour late check-out, but he was clearly annoyed and seemed more focused on charging extra rather than providing good service.
During check-out, a staff member entered our room abruptly without even waiting a few seconds after knocking, which was highly unprofessional.
The value for money is not worth it. For the amount paid, the room had several shortcomings such as missing basic amenities like tissues and slippers. Overall, the service quality does not match the price.
