Great hotel, very close to the airport, great food.
We were there during the storm. There were huge puddles till my ankel and some events were cancelled with no info about it. When you want to learn more about events and places the staff asks to check the app. At the same time the app is not easy to understand and sometimes it takes time to oprn pages there. The navigation in the app was strange. The staff is confused and sometimes not active. We asked about an event from their app and tgey didn’t have a clue where it was and that it was cancelled. I felt a bit stupid at that moment haha

Location is great EXCEPT for the open sewer outlet at the beach attached to the hotel
The food at the buffet is horrendous. For the money, I would at least expect good food. Not 5star dining but I was shocked at how poor the food was. Also the sound system around the pools was a portable speaker. You’d think they’d have a proper sound system setup where there is chill music playing all over. Not just blaring from one portable speaker
