Location and property was amazing! especially the gardens.
There was a bees nest by one of the upper floor windows which we felt could have been brough to our attention before our arrival as one guest is allergic to bee and wasp stings.
Also the underfloor heating in the kitchen was on full pelt all weekend with no obvious way to turn it off.

plenty of living space for everyone, large well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, enough bathrooms
kitchen was stripped so we had to buy in everything, eg salt pepper oil etc.
not enough loo rolls
could have done with a few more towels
the dining room table is broken and came apart when we moved it, luckily without any food and plates on it at the time
provisioning all seemed a bit on the mean side really considering the quality and cost of the property

A lovely house, set in a good location, quiet but not isolated. All the equipment worked and for a party of 10 aged from 70 down to 10 it had all the space to cater for all our needs.
There really isn’t anything to dislike about Little Ellers, even though we didn’t have great weather we all loved being in the Lakes and coming back after a rainy outing into the spacious boot /utility room was brilliant.
