Good location, spacious. Some issues.

The space, all four rooms had double beds and three had en-suites, as we were four couples. Hot tub was warm. Good location, parking for three vehicles.

Some drainage issues causing smells in the upstairs en-suites and around the hot tub, after we all showered. The light fittings and extractor fan had not been cleaned so greasy and dead insects stuck on. Brought these issues up with owner by email, apologies for cleaning issues in the kitchen, I sent photos. No reply about drainage issues. Some of the printed information was contradictory and not always clear eg the bins.

Great stay and had a brilliant weekend. Would stay here again especially due to its close proximity to town centre.

Disappointing for my partner's 70th birthday.

Location was good and within easy walk to the town although next to a busy road. Beds were comfortable. The person they sent to try to resolve the drainage issue was prompt and friendly. Parking was good.

We were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in the property and the decor was tired dated. The en suite bathrooms were dark and tiny; there was a smell of sewage in one room particularly which emanated into the bedroom.
