We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Saja by Warwick in Madinah. Our experience was excellent from start to finish, and the hospitality we received made our visit truly memorable. A special thank you to Mr Zakaria from room service and his colleagues, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They were professional, attentive, kind and always willing to help, ensuring we were comfortable and well looked after.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Sultana, the hotel manager, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly pleasant, understanding and accommodating, and she kindly arranged a late checkout for us to accommodate our travel arrangements to Makkah. She made the process easy and stress-free, and her willingness to help demonstrated genuine care for her guests.
The entire experience was excellent, and we are grateful to every member of staff who contributed to such a pleasant stay. Their kindness and professionalism are a real credit to Saja by Warwick. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the blessed city of Madinah and would love to stay here again.
Honestly, we had a very pleasant stay and have no significant complaints to report. We were extremely happy with the service, hospitality and the way the staff looked after us. Special recognition goes to Mr Zakaria, his room service colleagues and Manager Sultana for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We hope the hotel continues to maintain these excellent standards.
