I have been cluent for the last 20 years I never stayed in any other hotel since then.
I was there a couple weeks before and its still my number one hotel, freindly stafff works under presure especially Mr. Abdulaziz at customers services.... bless them all👍
The rudness of the other clients especially the Egyptions... very rudev and your counter staff were very patient.👏👏

The rooms were comfortable although a little dated. Staff were generally friendly and happy to help out whenever you need them. The location is the biggest advantage, literally next to the mosque so you can meet up with all daily prayers.
Breakfast buffet felt a bit rowdy and unsanitary, I wish more awareness is done to travellers to sanitise before coming into buffets or if the food can just be served by staff

I loved the customer service and all the staff were so friendly. Especially Omar who really helped us check in the best way possible.

We did not book with breakfast. Location was great 👍
Hotel is old....toilet seats falling off....aircon couldn't be adjusted...I had to ask duty manager to release Bein sports channel to watch premier league.
Staff were not as friendly as we are used to at Saja Al Madina.
We wanted to try Movenpick this time and qw divided our stay between these two hotels.
We are regular visitors
