Anthony House was, for whatever reason, not available for our booked stay. Our host looked after us nonetheless and contacted us in advance to offer a larger apartment located close to our original booking for no additional cost as an alternative. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. Air conditioning was a life saver during the hot European summer! Our host met us at the unit to give us the keys and show us the unit. They also replied quickly to a query by text later in the evening. The local area felt safe and was well located for transport connections. Within easy walking distance were several pasticceria and a larger, well stocked supermarket.

The location was very close to the Roma Termini and the metro. The space was clean and well set up. There was a lift so it was easy to get bags up to the third floor. The host met us at the door so checkin was quick and easy.
The mattress was too soft, and they only gave 1 pillow each. The bathroom was a bit stinky of sewer. Check in required us to coordinate timing closely with the host.

Era combinado que eu deixaria a bagagem na recepção do hotel do grupo a poucos metros de distância. Isto ocorreu, mas quando passamos para pegar as bagagens a anfitriã Ângela não nos permitiu o uso do toilet antes de irmos para o aeroporto. Lamentável.
