The property was comfortable. Saying that it was quiet was a stretch. I know Rome is a vibrant city, but the noise at night made sleep very difficult.
The property is a little tricky to find. There is no external signage sans a small label on a door bell button on the front door. We tried to call the property but no phone was answered. Whilst we did arrive later than we had said we would, plane delays are out of my control.

Great location with just a few minutes away from Termini train station and metro.
Room was clean and big enough. Had good AC and small refrigerator in the room (both needed)
Staff was great. Friendly and helpful with all our requests.
Essential to coordinate your arrival time as it is not staffed continuously.
Will definitely stay here again.
