The location speaks for itself. Ocean view in the middle of the reserve, worth the trip

Secluded room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and some of the local restaurants were fantastic. hotel really is in the jungle. We didn't have to pay any extra fees to enter the park as others have mentioned and Everything inside jaguar park was easily accessible via electric bus.
AC broke during our stay which was fixed in a few hours but a little inconvenient. "partial sea view" was very partial, only the occasional glimpse between the leaves, but the beach was only a few steps away so not that bad. Unfortunately a storm left the beach covered in sargassum during out stay we couldn't really enjoy the amazing location right by the sea.

Everything was excellent! The room was beautiful, comfortable and practical, with a perfect beachfront location while still offering plenty of privacy.
Orfe at the reception gave us great tips and recommendations, and Antonio, the owner, was incredibly nice and welcoming.
Thank you so much for everything! We really enjoyed our stay.
A small fridge and a kettle would have been very useful (since the restaurant only opens at 8 am, and we’re morning people).

Big room, but a pointless "plunge pool" on the roof, which cannot be drained.
Very expensive for what it was. Restaurant closed at 5 p.m. There is a Japanese restaurant, but it gets very mixed reviews, assuming you like Japanese food in the first place.
The service was poor. The staff looked tired and disengaged – maybe because it was the end of the season.
