Impressed with the hotel. The staff is great, very accommodating and helpful. None of our requests were denied. The beach breakfast was satisfying and delicious. There was plenty of privacy, as the hotel is small and you hardly see anyone, which was perfect for us and our 5- and 2-year-olds, who rarely wore clothes or shoes:) Special thanks to admin/receptionist Marfa. We will definitely come back.
A small community kitchen would be great.

I love that we were right on the beach and there were restaurants all around us. The only thing I would say is Rich a moped versus taxi taxis are way too expensive.

Staff's Knowledge about sightseeings or nightlife in Tulum very poor
Breakfast - very poor and if you want anything more than basic, you have to pay it
Wi-Fi - forget about it!!! Visible everywhere, speed zero
Beach Club - nice photos on the website, reality different
I really recommend the beach club next to this one (left side of the beach) - the same price, much more entertainment
