Great communication. Host explained how to reach them from the airport, gave tips on the metro and food recommendations. Facilities had everything we needed. For the good price you get everything you need. Had to give 8 because the main problem is not something that the host can control.
Mattress was awful. One side is clearly worn out. I thought I sank because I was heavier than my girlfriend but when we changed sides the problem was gone so it means it wasn’t me but the mattress. Never slept without waking up from pain so this really made the experience worse.
The upstairs and/or downstairs neighbors are also tragic. It seems that they have screaming, loud talking sessions and running practice all at the same time from 22:00 to 00:00 (sounds funny but it isn’t when you want to sleep). So if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Everything perfect - this was our 2nd time stay here and we enjoyed every moment again.
Love the design, amenities and staff. All you need for a short stay in a central yet relatively quiet area.
The new washing machine works great ;)
The balcony panel - gives me claustrophobia and I prefer seeing the interiors of the manzanas, but not a big issue and I understand its use :)
