Very unpleasant stay

Equipped with basic things

1. The house owner signed with an agent, if we have problems we need to contact the agent, but the response always not in time. The agent’s response is slow and not polite 2. The lock has some problem but the guy who give us the key didn’t mention it when we arrive. As a result, we couldn’t open the door the first night and the second night. When it happened the first night, We tried to call the emergency number the agency left , but the auto reply said they will call back shortly. then we contacted the house owner who kept in touch with us on what’s app, also no in-time reply, we had to ask the neighbor to help us open the door. after that I messaged the house owner said it’s okay now, the house owner just replied ‘ okay then’ didn’t mention anything about the lock. We thought it should be okay after that, but we experienced the same thing the second night again, the neighbor helped us again. We sent messages to house owner the next morning (the third day) , ask him if he can come to see the lock, he said, as I have explained if there’s any problem you should contact the agent. So we sent messages to the agent again, they first say ‘nobody else reported this problem before’ , I replied ‘ so should we experience this again tonight’ they come back to me after a few hours saying ‘the lock has some problem, there’s a trick blabla , the guy who welcomed us should have told us’ we have three people, three of us clearly don’t have the memory someone told us there’s a trick to open the door 3. I understand Airbnb do not do house cleaning during the stay,but we stay for 5 nights, only 3 bath towels, if we need a fresh one we need to wash it but there’s no laundry detergent. And it rained a lot those 5 days 4. No possibility to keep the luggage before check in / after check out, of course maybe it’s normal for Airbnb types 5.

Wonderful apartment in Beautiful Barcelona

Beautiful apartment in a great location. It was a good size and we loved the rooftop terrace. It's in a lovely area with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the central sights of Barcelona. We used taxis though there are a few metro stations within walking distance. Josep is a great host, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment ensuring we knew how to work everything and provided a map with useful information about the local area.

Great location, fabulous owner!

The appartment is just like on the photos, very spacious. Josep, the owner is fabulous, more like a friend, helpful and kind! The location is perfect, we were mostly walking as everything is very close. The district is great, supermarkets, bakery, great restaurants on the corner. The street is calm, we could sleep well during the night - the beds are little creepy, so not ideal for honey mooners. 🙂 but comfortable. The rooftop terasse is five stars!

Fab trip to Barcelona

Very central location, handy for walking or using public transport around the city. Had all the facilities we needed. Loved the air con and the roof top terrace. Very helpful owner. Definitely recommend

宿の周辺もいい感じで、観光地へのアクセスも地下鉄やバスで便利でした。近くのサンアントニ市場で生ハムやお惣菜を買って家ご飯も快適。

TVがつかないのでメッセージを送ったのですが返事がなかったのは残念。でも、パソコンを持ってたし、これはたいした困り事ではないけどね。

Ottima posizione per visitare Barcellona. Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato, tutto funzionante. Ottimo anche l’host, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere, cordiale e disponibile! Struttura molto consigliata per chi vuole visitare Barcellona!

The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Location was good ,not a tourist area with lots of bars and restaurants. Backs right onto the market. Not rip off eateries.
