Location. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
Outlets for charging not conveniently situated. Heaters a bit tricky to operate. Could have benefited from a quick demo from concierge .

Perfect location. Clean and spacious apartment, well equipped. Lift access. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
We did not know each member of our party was required to bring photo ID which was problematic with reception. This needs to be made clearer at booking. The Knightsbridge location means putting up with all the pillocks in their ridiculously noisy cars – even in the middle of the night!
