The location was great—close to lots of restaurants and shops and the subway station. We walked to Nishiki Market and many other locations close by. The hotel Itself was very quiet. I also used the onsen and it was nice; not crowded at all. The breakfast buffet was really good too—good variety of Japanese items and Western breakfast foods. A good way to start your day before all the walking. I highly recommend this place.

I had a really lovely stay for 2 nights here. The hotel was great (spacious and comfortable room, very clean, quiet, good breakfast selection, and the Hana(onsen) was amazing. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. I want to, in particular, thank a member of staff (sorry I didn't ask her name) for being so helpful when I asked her about beauty and skin care products - she really went the extra mile to ask exactly what I was looking for and offered to call a retailer for me to check if they sold a certain product. Would highly recommend this hotel and again thank you to the wonderful staff.

We liked everything. The staff, the facilities, the rooms (if you choose the ones with windows). We had an issue one night with some noise in the room (probably an AC), they managed it really quick and well, we were able to move to another room.
If there is one thing I could mention, maybe the onsen that is quite basic. I appreciated it, not many people, but it has nothing incredible, compared to the rest of the hotel.

I realise properties in Japan are much smaller than in Australia I think that for the price charged they were not good for money
