We stayed here to be as close as possible to the start of the Transfăgărășan highway, and to be honest, we didn't expect much. But from the very first moment, we were completely blown away! The warm welcome, the cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home immediately, the beautiful rooms, and the excellent shower were all fantastic. But above all—the incredible dinner they prepared for us, the strong local spirits they offered us to taste (I think it was Țuică, though I'm not 100% sure!), the amazing wine, the delicious pancakes, and the excellent morning coffee made it truly unforgettable. Everything was absolutely amazing. On top of all that, the host gave us fantastic tips that made our trip so much better, so I highly recommend consulting with him. Highly recommended!
Nothing at all! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay for another night, so we could have spent a relaxing half-day just chilling on the hammocks and taking in the fresh mountain air.

We chose this location as we were doing the Transfagarasan. It is perfectly located at the beginning of the road in a small town. The host was friendly and provided both dinner and breakfast (at an additional cost) so we didn't have to travel 8km to eat. The dinner was excellent.

Lovely people who were so helpful when we were delayed and arrived at 1am! (Quietly) I cannot tell you how kind they were. The hotel is stunning, you will feel at home. Perfect location too if you are driving the Transfagarasan as we were. The rooms were very cozy, with a balcony overlooking the cobbled courtyard and orchard. Comfortable bed and very clean. We loved our stay x
