location and cleanliness of rooms. access is easy. Rooms are decent. Plus for me is to have open wardrobe, makes it easier not to forget stuff. Good shower.
Also plus that beds were confortable and the pillos was decent.
The road in front of the hotel is pretty busy. Windows are decent, so not so much noise, but you can clearly hear the traffic.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, nice air conditioned rooms.

The room was spacy and had nice windows and practical equipment. Location was also good - not too bright, doors were locked by card access which was practical. staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was very tasty and we can choose from many options.
Only thing I would point out is the possible noise (probably thinner walls). However the guests near us were loudly smashing with door even after midnight. It would be good to have a quiet time rule and possibly enforce it. The guests also shouted on each other in the night and in the morning. Such cases are probably rare, but shall be solved.
