Our stay at H2 Hotel Wien Schönbrunn was average. The hotel seems better suited for backpackers or budget travelers, as our room included bunk beds rather than a more traditional hotel setup.
The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, the air conditioning did not work properly—it only made noise without cooling the room, which was a major disappointment during the warm European summer.
The staff was generally not very welcoming, and our worst experience was with a staff member in the restaurant, who was quite rude when we tried to get water from the dispenser. Better customer service and properly functioning air conditioning would significantly improve the guest experience.

We were very happy and thankful to the gentleman at the reception who made a free of cost early check-in possible for us.
