Comfortable and clean
Buffet was very over priced and the selection was very small. Will not recommend.

!2 minutes from Narita Airport, shuttle bus with pleasant and helpful drivers but a slightly irregular service. Clean sizeable rooms for Japan, very comfortable beds.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and I couldn’t find the sauna and spa and the staff weren’t able to tell me where they were located I looked everywhere. So that was a bit disappointing. But the rest of the stay was nice. We didn’t eat at the buffet dinner too expensive and we weren’t that hungry for that much food.
