We are so pleased with your shuttle service! Our plans were changed due to the typhoon but being able to get to Aeon mall, Naritsan and the airport was very helpful and convenient. Everyone at the hotel is so accommodating, pleasant and can’t do enough for hotel guests. We always stay at your hotel when we travel to Japan and enjoy a good nights sleep before our long travel home. Special thanks to Yuta who assisted us with a room change very early in the morning.

Proximity to airport, efficient shuttle to airport. Room size was good compared to downtown tokyo.
