One of the nicest rooms we’ve seen in years. Very professional and friendly staff.
Bathroom amenities are a bit outdated. A slight contrast to the whole rest. But this is cherrypicking.

Everything was perfect! The suite was modern and well decorated. Stocked with everything we needed. All the workers were very friendly. Attached to a mall which we were able to do some shopping and get food.
Everything was PERFECT!

Very nice cosy hotel with good steak restaurant and bar. The gym is well equipped and very big!
Next to many malls and close to the river

Staff on reception and most other staff helpful. Well located for IFC mall.
Hotel is very crowded and feels quite claustrophobic with number of guests. Queues at breakfast time. Long queues at check-in. Long waits for lifts which seem insufficient for volume of guests. Restrictions on number of times a day you can use pool. Occasional rigidity about dress code. Breakfast choice large and most things were good but I felt the quality of certain things were poor (bread was bad) and teabags stored together so English breakfast tea tasted of peppermint etc. I have generally had better experiences in cheaper high end hotels.
