Nice hotel, apartment style rooms, spacious, good location (central to everything. Able to walk to some places but still need to reply on transit)
Food choices for breakfast could have been more. It enough Asian options in my opinion other than congee (one day they had tuna congee, yuck), kimchi bar, and mini soups bar which broth was often not hot enough and shrimp/crab ball only protein.
There were too many other non traditional breakfast options which as beans, salmon, etc food that I don’t really consider breakfast but could tailor to other countries more.

The apartment was spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 generously sized beds, separate living room with dining table, kitchen amenities and even a washing machine made it comfortable and very value for money. Had a big bathroom too. Breakfast choices were adequate and of good quality.
Place looked a bit old but was kept clean. The floorboards in the apartment are creaky. Could have used better pillows but that's a personal preference.

Location very convenient to shopping areas and restaurants.
Back entrance to hotel lobby does not have a ramp for wheeled luggage.

Good location, close walk to two main stations, staff were helpful and friendly. Gym facilities were also good, sauna is a nice touch in the changing room. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and facilities in the room were good.
Room is a little dated, bathroom shower drain was not working so water constantly flooded out across the floor. Carpet in the corridors is worn, door to the room next door to mine was broken and that door was always left ajar.
