The highlight is the service offered but the kind staff, they are all great from the food services to the cleaning services

Great location - friendly staff
Rooms a little bit outdated - for example no power sockets next to bed to charge devices whilst asleep. Bathroom fittings seen better days. Walls terribly thin. Lack of privacy in bathroom due to glass door with big gap

I very much appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the room, and the breakfast. The proximity of the hotel to the Campus Obelisco of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria was a huge asset. The cleanliness of the room was top notch, and the quality of the bed was excellent!
The Internet was somewhat erratic, and the price of the parking was somewhat on the expensive side. Otherwise - excellent.

It's a great location and the staff are very friendly, they offered complimentary breakfast because the air con wasn't working.
The air con wasn't working, the internet never seems to work in the bedrooms (although it was ok in the lobby/bar area), the TV didn't work at all, and the only plugs in the room were completely opposite the bed.
