Spotlessly clean, comfortable room, nice pool area. We really appreciated the vegan breakfast options and the effort made to meet our needs. The staff were very helpful and responsive. It's really high class accomodation.
It took a while to work out how to manage the digital room entrance when we arrived. Photographic instructions would have really helped. Likewise, it would have been really helpful to have some printed details about the kitchen use, pool and local area, maps etc in the room on arrival.

A beautiful place that needs some TLC. Slightly frayed round the edges. Nice pool, good breakfast.
Needs a lick of paint. When we arrived in the room it smelled really strongly of bleach. That was later replaced by a smell of bathroom drains. The shower tray was also covered in ingrained black stains. Badly soundproofed. The room offer was non refundable and we only discovered after booking that the place is unstaffed apart from breakfast time (and that lady was lovely). WiFi slow in room. Not good value compared to the other 10/10 places we stayed in during a week's holiday.
