Room is decent, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is situated in an older part (earliest developed section) of Hong Kong island. It is surrounded by older residential buildings and traditional small diners which still give out a nostalgic vibe of the past. Walking through the streets and park behind the hotel was an unique experience.
Location. After you step off the metro (MTR), you still have a long distance to walk before you exist to the surface streets if you did not get lost and took the wrong exist before that. Few bus routes pass the hotel and they all go one direction. You will need to walk down the hill (less than 10 minutes) to reach the main road to find more transportation options.
On my hotel floor, from the corridor to the elevator had little to no A/C. And, it was hot and stuffy during the week and a half I had stayed there.

Very good location and clean room and good wifi.
The facilities were poor, I chose this property as a swimming pool was advertised with no dates of opening advertised and was informed this shut in October. I also chose this property due to it having a gym and this was very poor, one treadmill and one bike and cross trainer with limited settings and 3 sets of weights and an open door so everyone could see into this room. The room was very small and did not offer a harbour view and a sink in the room. The lifts also took a while to come and no access to get stairs down. Overall this experience was not value for money and not 4 stars in my opinion. I also asked when I got there if I could check in early given I’d provided times of when my flight would land, I understood this was very early but I was not even showed any bathroom facilities where I could change given I’d had a long flight.
