The location was perfect, we had river views and within walking distance to the beach, the aquarium and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The staff were so lovely and the kids loved that we had direct access to the pool area with a gate on our balcony! The apartment was clean and so spacious. It was perfect for our little weekend getaway!
Nothing, couldn’t fault the property!

Location and cleanliness of unit was amazing. Everything was perfect.
No coffee or tea when we arrived, just an oversight that was quickly rectified - so issue was fixed,
We stayed for four days - and ran out of toilet paper, but were told we should go and buys some. One spare roll in each toilet plus one hanging on holder in my opinion was insufficient supply for 5 people for four days.

Since we were attending a function venue near Spinnaker Quays, the location was perfect for us. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly, right from the booking process through to checking in and checking out. Our stay here could not be faulted.
Would have liked to have stayed a bit longer - perhaps next time.

Close to beach and restaurants.
Shower screen rollers were broken which made it unable to close.
Air conditioner rained water on the lounge when on, so it could not be used.
No security screens installed so the windows and doors could not be left open to keep the unit cool.
