Everything! Our apartment on 2nd floor was clean, spacious, comfortable, large undercover balcony across the road from the Wharf Precinct, 2 minute walk from the Surf Club and Sea Aquarium. Very secure with electronic security gates and individual carports with electronic roller doors. Bus stop right out the front which was handy for a trips to Moffat Beach brewery and Kawana Waters pub. And only 50 cents each way! The apartment had good soundproofing, so the traffic/bus noise was not a problem at all. The heated pool and hot spa was a bonus. No lift, but we did not mind, as everything else was perfect. Thankyou David and Miranda for your hospitality.
