Room was comfortable and warm. The breakfast was excellent with great staff and we had a good evening meal with friendly waiter.. We really enjoyed our time there and would come again We were there on a Sunday night so it may be a different experience mid week with conference people
Better signage if the car parks would be good and a grab rail in the shower/bath, a serious slip hazard for the elderly

Very clean room. Friendly staff.
Hard to know where to park or go when arriving in the dark.

Quiet, clean
Basically we were in a 70s built student dorm building well away from the imposing Victorian/Edwardian building. Nothing wrong with it. But basic.
