Lovely well laid out apartment. Separate bedroom, kitchen and living as well as a laundry, A small balcony opened out to the street, which we were unable to use due to the inclement weather.
The place was a little 'tired' could do with a bit of a freshen up - all cosmetic and nothing a little bit of paint would fix.

Location was excellent, relatively quiet considering close to beach and Surf Life Club. Manager when available was very helpful.
The first 2 nights in room 10 on level 2 was dated, overlooked scruffy buildings on one side and the pool on the other which was nice. It was dark and very tired and badly needed renovating and having to step over a high spa bath to get into the shower was not great. Walls were very marked and obviously needed painting. The tv was so small and wouldn’t work properly. It had a flaw on the screen while on, also we couldn’t get some of the channels. The photos certainly didn’t reflect the room, extremely disappointing. It definitely spoilt the first 2 days of our holiday to the point we were looking to move to another place. After finally locating Jackie the manager on day 3 to speak to her about our dissatisfaction she suggested if we stayed next time to ring and check what room we have and ask what it was like so she could change it if required. Good suggestion. To her credit she contacted us to see if we would like to move to another room and we jumped at the chance which was the best decision out, certainly improved our stay. Thankyou Jackie.
