The hotel had everything you need. There's even a free shuttle service that takes guests into the Forio area, and the driver in particular was wonderful and gave us a lot of support. The small thermal pool with sauna is lovely and warmly furnished. There's also a children's playground with a staff member who looks after the kids, which we really appreciated.
The weak points were the kitchen and breakfast. At breakfast everything was cold, whether eggs or pancakes. Breakfast runs from 08:00 to 10:00, but the buffet was already being cleared away at ten to ten, which gave the feeling that we should hurry up and leave. Dinner was at 20:00, which is far too late for a family hotel, and we were asked to arrive right on time, as otherwise the kitchen couldn't cope. It felt a little like being in a canteen or a camp.
One thing to be aware of: this is a family hotel, so both breakfast and dinner are quite noisy, and early in the morning it can get loud in the corridors, as the doors aren't soundproof. The large pool was still open but no longer being cleaned, probably because we were there in the last week of the season

La pulizia della camera, la spa aperta anche ai bambini, il servizio navetta e l' efficienza e cortesia del personale
Anche se non ne ho usufruito, la cena con un prezzo fisso senza la possibilità di scegliere alla carta.
