Lovely location, loved the quietness of the location. Suzanne and Glen where Lovely hosts. Breakfast was amazing nothing was to munch trouble. Beautiful and cozy and very welcoming would definitely return.

There was a shoe rack at the entrance door. The whole place was tastefully decorated and was in excellent condition and cleanliness. Lounge room was good. Staff were friendly and made an effort to help. Breakfast was great with many options. Drinks in the room had a good range including decaf。
Parking was included and usful given the limited parking in the town.
A fairly long walk to the main part of Bowness on Windermere. There were no tissues in the room.

Exceptionally clean and friendly. Breakfasts prepared every day by Glenn were superb. Susann was the perfect host.

Breakfast was great with good coffee too. The hosts go to great lengths to ensure you have plenty to eat and enjoy your stay. The annex room was spacious and lovely.
The King Room we booked did not have a King size bed. Room was a bit small and no curtains.
