I was in Siem Reap for a short break and completely fell in love with La Palmeraie d’Angkor. It’s a real haven of peace in a beautiful tropical garden with a fantastic swimming pool, and such a calm atmosphere after hours of Angkor temples exploration. My room was very cozy, spacious, tastefully decorated and very quiet. The staff (and owner Fred) were incredibly warm and helpful, making you feel at home. Perfect little boutique escape; highly recommend!

The property has very few rooms, so there aren't many guests, allowing for a great sense of privacy. The staff were exceptionally supportive, went above and beyond to satisfy all our requests, and always greeted us with a warm smile. The service was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay.
The shower is in the same space without a partition, which leaves the bathroom feeling a bit humid after use and makes the floor slightly wet. Additionally, while the traditional architecture is charming, some of the furniture is getting quite old.
