The property is amazingly beautiful.
They do not turn lights until someone walks in. Its like a ghost town. Everything is turned off. No air at reception, they just put a fan on.

The hotel was very obliging in every respect. We have stayed there twice before and will return again next year. Perfect base in Siem Reap yet far enough away from Pub Street area for privacy. Great pools!
We liked everything which is why we return there by preference when we stay in Siem Reap.

Location
Staff were very polite, helpful, attentive
The room air conditioning was not working and it was unpleasant sleeping in the humid environment .
The staff tried to rectify the problem but nothing worked. I asked about a possible room change but was told the aircond in the other rooms was the same.
The buffet breakfast was substandard.
