The staff was so friendly and helpful
Close to everything bed was comfortable
Just the couches were a bit old and not really comfortable you sank in to it

Close to the main Esplanade, good size apartment with huge wrap around patio being on the qst floor. Would be a awesome apartment for young kids.
Mould in the bathrooms, single beds are too short for adults and too soft also. Hose on the patio was a trip hazard.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable and cosy apartment very close to the seafront.
sheer curtains in the bedroom would have improved the experience as there is no privacy in the bedrooms unless you close the curtains and put the lights on.
There is some noise at night, both from the road outside as the hotel is very central, and at the back there was a motor noise - not sure if this was air conditioners in another apartment, or the pool pump. If you are a light sleeper ask for an apartment that looks out to the side of the building (North - these have better views too)

Its location
No hot water on our first night. No compensation. Offered to move us after 10.30 am the next morning. Then offered us a”cancelled” room but it was worse than the one we were in.
