Venue was clean
Location is good close to The Wharf Esplanade
Stayed in motel 5 located in lobby area.
Room noise insulation is poor - can hear all guests entering the lobby, accessing elevators and coming back from a big night out banging and yelling. Loud clanging noise (rubbish chute?) sounded like it was right above our room so could hear the banging of heavy metal lid banging shut while trash is going down the chute. No door separating shower/ toilet from kitchen area.

Megan on the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. So lovely and warm and nothing was too hard. Location was very convenient, pool was nice
Balcony’s were almost unusable due to noise and wind which made you feel very couped up in the flat. Table and chairs were up against the edge of the balcony which was scary when you have small children. The lock didn’t work to the balcony sliding door so kids could get out easily. Kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade.
