The room size was excellent and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to Asakusabashi Station which is a direct train from Narita Airport which was nice. It was a good hub to be able to explore Tokyo. There were also ample food choices in the close area near the train station.
You have to return your physical room key to the front desk when you leave the hotel which is a bit weird.

Great location - 2min walk to the JR with many restaraunts near by

Staff were lovely and went above and beyond for me. They were helpful with any questions I had. The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby, and transit connections.
The bathroom wasn't super well ventilated, and when I arrived it had a lingering damp smell, but it was not a major issue

Good location to the metro and a main line.
Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was plentiful.
Comfy bed.
Good bath products.
View of Tokyo Skytree!
Room was rundown.
For a non-smoking hotel, it smelt of cigarettes.
Small rooms and dark.
I stayed elsewhere for cheap with better quality.
