The room while being small had a layout that worked very well! The bed was super soft and the pillow was soft which awesome! the staff was always friendly and they decorated for Halloween which is fun. Amazing location, in-between the river and a station.
The bathroom needs a little bit more space, the tea kettle and tissue box need a place off the desk as they kept getting in the way.

Location was good for metro access and lots of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly.
The bathroom was the smallest I saw in Japan and anyone taller than me (5ft3 / 1m60) would struggle to sit properly on the toilet.
The room was pretty clean but I did find someone else's long hair in the bath tub. It was good for a one or two nights away but I wouldn't stay any longer.

The staff is, as most of the Japanese people, very friendly, nice and professional. The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It had everything that I needed and was perfectly clean. The location is excellent. About 3-4 minutes to the Asakusabashi station where you can take the train/metro to the airport and easily reach important spots in the city. You can also walk a couple of minutes and see the Sumida River. I would definitely come back, when I'm back in Tokyo.
If the people in the hallway are loud, you can hear it in your room, so earplugs might be needed if you are a light sleeper

Great staff and location. Plenty of food options nearby - walking distance. 25 minute walk to town and to Tokyo station. Basic facilities and has lift access.
Bathroom is incredibly small (shower bath and toilet in one) and would have loved an iron in the room
