The breakfast is always great.
Couldn't separate the bed when I had requested the bed to be separated.

From the moment I stepped out of the cab, the staff were amazing.
They even offered to help with my luggage to the room.
Helped me with my business duties like printing for me at no extra costs, and the breakfast was lovely.
The location definetly spot on for I needed.
There wasn't a little fridge and kettle in the room, but I was offered a kettle which I took as I had my own teabags, but unfortunately no milk. Even if they provide the little longlife milks so they don't need a fridge.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Barcelona. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
The air conditioning did not work during our entire stay. We were told daily that a repair technician would arrive the next day, but that never happened. After speaking with other guests, we learned they had been given the same information for several days. While the hotel eventually offered to move us to a sister property, the offer came too late to be practical given our scheduled tours and activities. It was disappointing that guests were checked into rooms with a known AC issue without being proactively offered alternatives.
