We recently stayed at Selectum Family Resort Belek and overall had a very positive experience.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are spacious, green and very well maintained, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There is a great variety of food with plenty of choice throughout the day, and the entertainment is excellent with lots going on for both children and adults. Between the pools, kids’ areas, activities and evening entertainment, there is always something to do. Overall, it is a stunning resort and a fantastic place for a family holiday.
What really made a difference to our stay, though, was the customer relations team — especially Ivanna.
Ivanna was always polite, approachable and genuinely happy to help. She has a very warm and positive personality and made us feel that any questions or concerns we had were taken seriously. She personally helped us during our stay and had a direct impact on making our overall experience much more enjoyable and positive.
Good customer service can completely change how you feel about a hotel, and Ivanna is a perfect example of that. She is a real credit to Selectum Family Resort and deserves recognition for the way she looks after guests.
Thank you to Ivanna and the team for helping make our family holiday a memorable one. We would definitely consider returning.

Big, beautiful territory, walking paths, renovated rooms, nice-looking buildings, nice staff, kids' club that my 2-year-old son loved. There are kids menu, gluten free and diet food options in the restaurant, which was very nice. When the main restaurant is closed, there is another à la carte restaurant that is open even at night. The alcohol selection was great, and the bartenders make various cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Mojito. We didn't participate in the entertainment activities (except the kids' disco), but the selection seemed to be good. Room cleaning was great, which is important when there is sand everywhere. If you are staying longer than 7 nights, you can book a dinner at a themed à la carte restaurant, and we had a great experience there.
Everything went fine in general, but all the small details that make the holiday truly comfortable were missing. I was looking for a hotel in the 8+ category, exceptional, and that doesn't apply to Selectum. We stayed 10 nights, and the food selection was very repetitive. Half of the guests were with small children - babies and toddlers - and yet there were few accommodations for them; step stools in the bathroom or anti-slip mats in the shower were not available. We stayed in the main building, our room faced the main pool, and the noise level during nap hours and between 9 pm and midnight was not appropriate. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a bungalow or a room not facing the pool. The AC in the main building is not adjustable; you can only turn it on or off and adjust the airflow. With the AC being on all the time, the lowest temperature we had in our room was around 25 C (in September), which was too hot for us. There are beach zones with "No smoking" signs, but it is not enforced by the hotel staff, and as a result, people are smoking everywhere, right next to babies and children and children's playgrounds. The restaurant has a big, nice outside area, and again people are smoking everywhere; only a few tables on the farther end from the buffet are marked as non-smoking. That would be fine for a regular hotel, but it was very challenging while staying with a 2-year-old child to prevent him from passive smoking. Public bathrooms almost always smelled like urine. Staff in general seemed well-intentioned but not properly trained or properly supervised. We had a few waiters who never offered drinks to their sections, only collected dirty plates. I also expected a sand beach, which it was, except the shore line covered in small rocks, making it difficult to get in the sea, especially with a small child. My general impression that the hotel was fine but not worth the full price listed as their regular price.

I booked this hotel for a friend, and they were very happy with the stay. The comfort, location, staff, service, and hotel facilities were all excellent. The resort was clean, relaxing, and very suitable for a family holiday.
There was very little to complain about. Overall, the stay was excellent and met expectations very well. About foods taste

The location, facilities
I arrived at 2:00 the room wasn’t ready claiming that the available room is small for us and after one hours they offer me a two bedrooms in the building yet for additional cost!! When i complaint they said you booked through booking (as if it’s not their problem) they said the only available room is this if you didn’t like we don’t have any other option
Knowing that with the amount i am paying i could find a better place if i knew that this what i will get!!
Since i am coming from a different country with two kids i had to accept the small garden room!
