We had a wonderful stay at Kaya Palazzo Belek and left with beautiful memories. The resort is stunning, with plenty of entertainment and activities throughout the day and evening. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and perfect for relaxing.
A heartfelt thank you to Ceylin, Taha and the entire Guest Experience team. The WhatsApp group created for us made communication effortless, and the team consistently went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth, kindness and personal attention made us feel truly welcome and cared for.
Ceylin and Taha, your extra effort made our holiday especially memorable. We sincerely appreciate everything you did and would happily return to Kaya Palazzo Belek.
The only area for improvement would be the daily room cleaning, which was a little inconsistent during our stay. It did not take away from our overall experience, but a bit more attention to detail would have made an already lovely stay even better.

We stayed at Kaya Palazzo to celebrate a very special wedding anniversary, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this incredible resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after. The whole experience was pure luxury, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
A huge thank you to Taha, Bayram and Ceylin from Guest Services, who were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect and made our anniversary feel even more special. Nothing was too much of an ask
What makes this place so incredible is that everything is catered for, whether you're going as a couple or with children. They really have thought of everything.
We had the most wonderful time and couldn't recommend Kaya Palazzo enough. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable. We can't wait to come back!
Just a small point to note is that only one pool is heated. In October the other pools are cold, but thre sea is warm.

I’ll separate the facilities from the staff, who were nothing but kind and helpful throughout. The food is genuinely good too. If you like to eat and drink there’s plenty of variety, the buffet standard is high, and the WhatsApp group they set up for your room is a terrific way to handle requests. Always responsive.
The reality is a resort that’s creaking. Everything looks about 30 years old and hanging on, from the wallpaper to the beach towels. It presents itself as lavish and grand but it’s tawdry. Bulbs out here and there giving the place a dingy feel, and a sad, seemingly abandoned gym where the running machine sounds like it has sand in the gears.
The taxi situation was the low point. You can’t get an Uber from the resort, and drivers were too nervous to collect us even outside the gates. We ended up walking a mile up the road with our cases, followed the whole way by two men in a cab who stopped whenever we stopped, clearly to intimidate any other taxi who would take the Uber fare. Our booked Uber driver kept asking if we were still being tailed as he could see what was happening. The quote from the on-site taxi resort desk for the airport was 80 euros cash. Uber, under 30. Make of that what you will. But the resort were well aware of this extortion racket.
