We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Bodrum. The location, the sea, the food and the overall atmosphere were all excellent, but what made this holiday really special was the people.
A huge thank you to our guest agents Sultan, Ismet and Ruslan. From the very first day they made us feel welcome and cared for. Every request, big or small, was handled quickly, warmly and with a genuine smile, often before we even had to ask. They remembered our preferences, gave great recommendations, and always found time to check that everything was perfect. It's rare to meet such attentive, kind and professional people, and they truly went above and beyond.

The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean, the beach was stunning, the drinks offered for all inclusive were amazing - any cocktail you could want really.
The rooms were outdated - considering the amount paid you would expect to have a smart tv. There wasn’t much going on in the evening, a live performer would come on for 90 odd minutes each night in the lobby bar but that was about it. Location is secluded - you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel as the entrance to the drive is on a main road. Food options limited during off season in October, and the à la Carte Italian restaurant was awful considering you had to pay extra.

Food was good and staff was friendly.
Rooms are dated, dark and restaurants close too soon in the season. Not convinced on how knowledgeable the staff was for activities outside of the hotel.
